1. Booking and Payment

• Limited Availability: Slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been received.

• Unsecured Reservations: If no deposit is received within 7 days of reservation, the slot will be made available to others.

• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due at least 50 days before the tour or workshop start date.

• Early Bird Rates: To qualify for Early Bird rates, the deposit must be paid by the specified deadline. This will vary between trips and workshops so please check individual details.

2. Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• 91+ days before the start date: 50% of the deposit will be retained, plus any bank charges.

• 90–46 days before the start date: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

• 45–0 days before the start date: No refund will be provided.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend will result in the full payment being retained.

• Early Departures: If you leave the tour or workshop early, no refunds will be given.

3. Force Majeure

Freedive with Pat is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by unforeseen events outside of our control, such as:

• Personal emergencies or medical conditions.

• Airline delays, cancellations, or misconnections.

• Natural disasters, political events, or other force majeure circumstances.

4. Fees and Additional Costs

• Some tours may include fees for national parks or local permits. If these fees are subject to change, guests will be notified and may be required to cover any increases.

• Any additional costs not included in the package (e.g., equipment rentals, optional excursions, or special requests) are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Health and Fitness Requirements

• By booking with us, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate in freediving or workshop activities.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or provide relevant certifications required for participation.

6. Safety, Insurance, and Liability

• Safety is our top priority. Participants are expected to follow all safety guidelines provided by the instructor or guide.

• Participants must secure comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and activities such as freediving. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to participation.

• Freedive with Pat and its partners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the tour or workshop.

7. Age Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise stated in the tour or workshop description.

8. Changes to Itineraries

• Freedive with Pat reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Significant changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

9. Payment Methods and Currency

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or WISE.

• Payments are accepted in USD or SGD.

• Any bank or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the participant.

10. Photography and Media

• Participants agree that photos or videos taken during the tours or workshops may be used for promotional purposes by Freedive with Pat.

• If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in advance.

11. Feedback and Complaints

• We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or complaints, please contact us directly within 7 days of the trip or workshop’s conclusion so we can address them promptly.

12. Covid-19 and Vaccination Requirements

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all vaccination and health requirements for the destination.

• Refunds will not be provided for failure to comply with these requirements.

13. Disclaimer of Guarantees

• While we strive to provide the best possible experience, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as wildlife sightings, weather conditions, or personal performance improvements.
